Dick Segal ran his own graphic design studio for the past 40 years and painted for his pleasure and relaxation. He is now semi-retired and spending more time in his real passion of painting. I have known and worked with Dick for the last 30 years and I have only just seen his paintings, it took some persuading to convert them into prints. His painting are extremely well executed in gauche, pencil and coloured pencil. The detail and work is exquisite, his understanding of animals exceptional, as depicted in their natural element of survival. Each print tells it's own story of intrigue and mystery or just the pleasure of looking into them and making up your own story.
